So enjoy these wonderful autumn days and also enjoy the rainy ones, because than you have to o all the great things at home you only do when it's uncomfortable outside! Bisous bisous, Luu

My new MacBook Pro

Okay, I finally figured out how iPhoto works and where the edited pictures are saved... Some new updates and programs still need to be installed, so that I can "work" with it (Writing, Photo editing, Music, managing stuff (money, time,etc.)... So keep your finger crossed for me that everything will work!

And I also got these two books from my Dad. The new laptop was also a present from him. I'm still so happy, and can't really believe it! The book "Vegan for fit" (from Attila Hildmann) is so great, I think I'll make a series of posts with his recipes and my pictures. Bisous bisous, Luu

Zucchini Spaghetti #2

I had a great birthday party and I'm really looking forward to celebrate all the "18th birthday parties" during the last (school) year!

Here's another version of "Zucchini Spaghetti". It's almost the same recipe as in version #1, but I omitted the tofu bolognese.
Bisous bisous, Luu
PS: I bought a piece of fabric and a dark blue velvet tape. So I can finally finish a skirt and start a new project! maybe you'll see the skirt on a clothes hanger or you have to wait 'till I found a model, great weather and enough time.
PPS: Welcome to my new followers!! And a big Thank you to all of you!

Birthday Pancakes - little, big, fluffy

What changes when you turn 18? - I enjoy my life even more! And there's no better way than celebrating a birthday morning with fluffy pancakes!

Pancakes: easy / sweet and salty / with herbs / single serving and big / single serving and easyhealthy #1 / healthy #2 / apple and chocolate / banana and chocolate

Will my obsession for pancakes ever end? - Maybe. But I think: "No!" So you'll see a lot more pictures of "Pancake-Pictures". Haha. By the way, I'm still a little bit hungry and now I'll make something sweet. maybe a single serving pancake or muffin or cake. Have a nice evening! Bisous bisous, Luu

Zucchini Spaghetti #1

I read about spaghetti made of zucchini in Attila Hildmann's book "vegan for fit". I immediately had to buy some zucchinis and try this recipe. I love it and ate it so often during the last week.

Zucchini Spaghetti (2-3 servings):

- 1 zucchini, cut into small stripes
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 package tofu "bolognese"
- salt, pepper, olive oil, sesame
(- 30g vegan cheese)

Refine the zucchini stripes for about 5 minutes. Roast the chopped onion with some oil and spices. Add the zucchini stripes and the tofu "bolognese" (and vegan cheese). Roast them for 5 minutes on low heat and taste if everything's finished. Serve with some sesame. Happy Cooking! Bisous bisous, Luu.

blue (and orange)

It's the second week after the summer break and the 7th day of school and I'm already stressed. But I'm productive, too. I'm sewing a skirt right now and bought 3 new febrics ( 7 meters). And I made these 2 dark blue pillow cases for my boyfriend (it's the last (and latest) part of his birthday present):

after sewing, but before dyeing it (above) and finished (below)

Chai Latte with a friend

Not a day in my life, but some hours. I'm not sure if I'd be happy doing this every day and not having any structure or routine. So meeting a good friend is a special time. Especially now, because so many friends moved to study in a bigger city. I'm really looking forwards to meet them again!

What's always a special moment/time in your daily life?

I made the pictures below when it started to rain. A lot of water came down...

Banana and Chai Tea Muffins

Oh I love spices like chai tea or cinnamon for autumn. And the weather here is totally like autumn, except of the little rain. But I can't go outside anymore without wearing one or two jackets or pullovers. So it's the perfect time for creating new Muffin recipes for the upcoming months!

Banana and Chai Tea Muffins:
- 200g flour
- 70g brown sugar / 8g stevia mix
- 70ml veg-oil
- 1/8 tsp cinnamon
- 1 cup of chai tea/ 3 tsp instant chai tea powder
- 1 mashed banana
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- drink of choice, add as much as you need

Preheat the oven to 180°C/ 356°F. Bake the muffins for 15-20 minutes.

And I'm not the only one who likes these muffins. I took them to a dinner party with some friends and new aquaitances. And almost everyone asked for the recipe. So here it is!
Bisous bisous, Luu

New Design

I thought it was time to change my design again. But this time I changed more than usually. I removed the sidebar and created a new site: "Fashion". It's like the "Food&Drink"-site, so there are categories like "Clothes"... I also reorganized my "About - Copyright" page und you see more ways (than GFC, Bloglovin, e-mail) to follow me there.
It's not finished yet, but it's on a good way to look better (in my opinion)!

I'd like to hear your opinion about my new Design! Bisous bisous, Luu

Rice plus ....

I love rice and potatoes. And I eat way to little of them.... So now that school's started again, I'll eat more regularly and I want to eat more healthy food. So enough "I"s in 3 sentences. Rice is good to give my body all the energy it needs. And you can eat almost everything with it or fill vegetables with it. Maybe you'll see more pictures with "Rice recipes". Bisous bisous, Luu
