DE: Zu diesem Gericht kam ich eigentlich durch einen Zufall. Ich wollt Krautsalat machen, habe allerdings den Weißkohl in zu breite Streifen geschnitten und deshalb kam ich auf die Idee ihn anzubraten. Es waren noch Nudeln da und da habe ich sie zu dem Kraut in die Pfanne gegeben und gewürzt. Es schmeckt noch leckerer als "Kraut Schupfnudeln" und seit dem zufälligen Ausprobieren gibt es Krautnudeln bei uns öfters, weil es so schnell und einfach zuzubereiten und sehr sättigend und lecker ist.

EN: I made Pasta with white cabbage in place of making coleslaw. The slices of the white cabbage were to big and therefore I roasted them. Then I added some noodles and spices and there it was: "Pasta with white cabbage". It's a simple and very satiable recipe and you can make about more then 10 portions using one big white cabbage (and about a kilogramm of noodles).
Enjoy your meal!
Pasta with white cabbage:
- 200g pasta
- 1/4 white cabbage (sliced)
- 1 red onion (sliced)
- crema di balsamico
- olive oil
- paprika, peper, salt, ...
Cook the noodles in a pot. Slice the white cabbage and roast them in a pan with hot olive oil. When the slices look glazed and roasted add the red onion slices, crema di balsamico and the spices of your choice. Mix all the ingredients very well and roast them for some minutes. Then add the noodles and roast everything again for some minutes.
Then: Enjoy your meal!
