Chocolate-Cashew-Cookies:
- 300g Mehl (flour)
- 100g brauner Zucker (brown sugar)
- 200g Margarine
- 1 TL Backpulver ( 1 tsp baking powder)
- 1/4 Tl Salz ( 1/4 tsp salt)
- 2 EL Backkakao ( 2 Tbsp baking cacaco, sugarfree)
- 1 TL Vanillezucker ( 1 tsp vanilla sugar)
- 100g gehackte Cashews (little pieces of cashews)
Mix all ingredients and preheat the oven
to 180°C/ 356°F. Then form balls and press them 'till they look like
taler. then bake for about 10-15 minutes.
