Guacamole:
-1 avocado
- juice of a half lemon
- pepper, salt, harissa (or chili)
Mix all ingredients in a food processor or with a mixer. Store it in the fridge and use within 1-2 weeks.
( I ate the guacamole on a toast with vegan "cheese")
(what I really like to eat is rice with vegetables and tofu)
